Brazilian Keratin Return Policy
If for any reason you decide to return an item, the customer is responsible to notify us and to acquire return authorization. Once return authorization is received, you must be sure to ship back the items within 28 business days to our return address.
Please keep in mind that, unless it’s one of our Brazilian Keratin straightening treatments – Zene Progress or Tutanat – all items must be returned in original packaging, and must be brand new, unopened and in perfect condition. Any item(s) that are returned used or damaged are not eligible for refund.
Here at escovaprogress.com our Brazilian Keratin Hair products are sold in amounts appropriate for professional salon usage and multiple treatments. Products cannot be returned or exchanged if purchased by individuals who are not licensed (in violation of our terms and condition). Any opened product, or products with altered or damaged packaging (such as scratched, stained, wear and tear etc) are unsafe for resale and should be discarded. They cannot be refunded.
When receiving merchandise be sure to check the package for any signs of exterior damage. You must refuse to accept any shipment from the carrier that has damaged packaging, and make note of the fact on the proof of delivery slip that the shipping package or items are damaged. If the shipment looks fine, after signing for the delivery, open all boxes and check the contents immediately. If you discover any defects, damage or inaccuracies in your order, please let us now within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept claims for refund or replacement after this period as we are unable to pass on claims to our carrier after this time (in most cases orders are shipped via your local carrier).
